By downloading and/or using software developed by Singularity Game Development ("our software"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using our software. You’re not allowed to copy or modify any part of our software. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of our software, and you also shouldn’t try to make derivative versions. The software itself, and all the copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to all members of the Singularity Game Development team (list can be found here).
Singularity Game Development ("we") is committed to ensuring that the software is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
You should be aware that there are certain things that we will not take responsibility for. Damage to your device due to software malfunction is one of them. We will however test each app and update thoroughly before publishing it.
Along the same lines, we cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the software i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, we cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to our responsibility for your use of our software, when you’re using our software, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update our software. You’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. You promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing our software, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the software, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Privacy
We value your privacy. Our software NEVER collects personal data in the background, without you knowing. If you made a Singularity Account however, we do store the data you have given to us, like your e-mail address, to prevent abuse of our system and to improve the services we offer. If you send a request to our servers, your IP-address will be logged.

Some of our games allow you to send an error report to the developers in case of a crash. These reports do NOT contain any parsonal data, except your username.
This data is kept secure on our servers and will NEVER be shared with third parties. Whenever we send private data to our servers, we use RSA encryption. If you wish to delete your account or other data, or if something is not clear to you, do not hesitate to contact us at singularity@bitscuit.be.
Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
